AKPEROX CAT K

AKPEROX Catalyst K is a suitable initiator for the polymerization of ethylene under high pressure in both autoclave and tubular processes. CATALYST K is used for the polymerization of both ethylene and vinyl chloride. During ethylene polymerization, CATALYST K is used in combination with other peroxides to achieve a broad range of reactivity in the polymerization process. For the suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride, it is used as an initiator at temperatures between 50 and 70 °C.
