EFOX 101
EFOX 101 is an effective peroxide for the controlled degradation of polypropylene (CR-PP) within the temperature range of 200 to 250 °C. It provides PP manufacturers with a high degree of flexibility in controlling the Melt Flow Index (MFI) of the polymer. Small changes in peroxide concentration or process temperature can result in significantly different MFI values. EFOX 101 can also be used as a scavenger catalyst to reduce residual monomer in the bulk polymerization of styrene.
