It is used as an initiator for the copolymerization of ethylene under high pressure. It is suitable for use in both autoclave and tubular processes. It is used for the curing of unsaturated polyester resin-based formulations (SMC, DMC, BMC, etc.) within the temperature range of 120 to 170 °C.
